Lernanto helps you build the one thing every language rests on: a working stock of words.
- Lernanto gets the vocabulary of the language you're learning into your head: over 3,000 nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, ranked by frequency of use.
- Why 3,000? The first thousand words in a language carry most everyday vocabulary; the next thousand carry a smaller share; the final thousand are rarer, but remain useful in everyday life.

The app offers the most frequent nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, from common to rare. Sessions mix categories so that closely related words do not blur together.

A word found in a book, podcast or film can be searched among the 3,000+ concepts and added to the queue. It is reviewed from the very next session.

What if I change phones?
No problem.
Progress exports to a single file, which can be kept anywhere and re-imported anywhere. The same file works from Android to iOS and the other way around. Automatic iOS and Android backups cover it too. Purchases, however, can only be restored through the store where they were made.
Which languages exactly?
The 24 official languages of the European Union, plus Esperanto, Icelandic and Norwegian: 27 languages in total. Any of them can be learned from any other, in both directions.
What if it's not for me?
